What to check before trying a goal
See the start and close date, the required category, the hours they count and the reward limit. Check for approval conditions or restrictions to combine benefits. If the instruction is not clear, ask for clarification before increasing the recording time.
How to check bonuses in your history
Compare the approved sessions in the period with the published rule. Distinguish submitted hours, hours under review and accepted hours. If something differs, note the campaign, dates and displayed amount, then contact the support channel listed in your account.
Do not confuse a bonus with the hourly rate
A pay tier and a bonus are different conditions. Only add an extra reward when your dashboard confirms it applies. This guide does not publish a fixed daily table without confirming it is current, or promise extra weekly payments for everyone.
