Conditions for participation
Rules of recording, approval and strikes at KGeN
Check out quality and privacy care, how to consult limits and how to request clarification about rejections or warnings on recordings.
Read the task before recording
Check activity, capture format, duration and conditions specified in your account. Use only released tasks. Examples cited in this guide do not replace a specific instruction or guarantee availability for all participants.
Quality and privacy
Set up the framing and stability to show the required interaction. Keep documents, screens with personal information and other people out of the frame. Make a short test and check it before recording a full session. Do not reuse other people’s material as your own task.
What to do when there is warning
Open the session and look for the reason for rejection or strike. Identify if the warning came from the application or campaign. There is no universal first, second and third strike sequence confirmed in this guide. The blocking rule and the effect on rewards need to be checked in the account.
Limits vary by activity
Note the duration and repetition instructions. Do not assume that all tasks have the same daily limit or extend an artificial activity to accumulate hours. If in doubt, clarify the limit before starting another recording.
How to ask for clarification or revision
Send the session identifier, date, task and motive displayed to the private service. Explain the divergence objectively and ask if there is revision available. Do not create another account to bypass locks. The analysis request does not guarantee that the decision will be changed.
