From recording to payment
The Brazilian campaign announces weekly payment via PIX. Before processing, the recording needs to be sent and analyzed. Follow the status in the account: material still under review may not enter the next weekly cycle.
What's the payday?
Please refer to the calendar and deadline displayed in the account. A single day or time has not been confirmed for all participants. The weekly frequency does not represent immediate release after each upload.
Minimum and receipt data
Check the payment area for minimum value, pending registration or other condition. Do not use the limit of a different platform as a reference. Send personal data only for the service and the fields indicated on the responsible platform.
Dollars and conversion
Check the final amount and details in the statement or receipt. If the conversion is unclear, ask how it was calculated. An exchange rate from a different day does not prove which rate was used to process the payment.
Balance or PIX discrepancies
Save the date, value and status message. If the deadline has passed, request an update to the service and, when there is an indication of upload, the proof. This site and the group of participants do not process payments or change the balance.
