What is the Minute Data app?
Minute Data is a first-person data capture application published by Baker Data LLC. Its presentation in stores describes recordings of daily activities, sending and tracking sessions. The campaign to which you are bound determines the instructions you need to follow.
In the participation shown in this guide, KGeN and the app have different roles. Do not conclude that the balance of a campaign, the rule of another organization and the Minute history are the same information. When something diverges, identify where the message appeared.
How to register and use the organization code
Start with the campaign registration. In the KGeN stream, use the same email in the application to facilitate the oriented association. The code specified in this guide is 5TBCT4ZC, for the invitation or organization field when requested. It does not replace the registration referral link.
After entering, check which organization and which tasks appear. If the code is not accepted or the activity asks for access, register the message and ask for guidance. Do not test random codes or open repeated accounts to try to bypass a release.
Android, iPhone and compatible camera
Download the app using the store button for your operating system on the registration page or FAQ. Being able to install the app does not mean the camera is accepted for the task. Check the full device model and complete the validation requested in the app.
For this campaign, the device summary is iPhone 12+ and Samsung S21+, with the exceptions described in the requirements page. Other projects may have different rules. Before purchasing a device, get confirmation about the exact variant you want to use.
How to record and track an upload
Open a task available, read the instructions and adjust the support. Check battery, space and privacy before starting. After the session, follow the upload until confirmation and save the identifier to locate the material later.
A broken connection, a session under review and a rejected video are different issues. Do not repeat an upload without understanding its status. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its data while material is pending, as this may prevent recovery of files still on the device.
Does Minute pay directly or does the payment come from the campaign?
Confirm under the conditions of the organization to which your account is linked. The general description of the application does not define the processing of each partnership alone. For a technical problem, please inform version of the app, phone model, message and session identifier. For balance and payment, include period and situation of the hours in the campaign. This separation makes the request for help clearer and avoids confusing capture failure with processing delay.
