First identify at which stage the error occurred
Separate problems in access, recording, sending, analysis, and balance. An unsupported camera message happens before capture; a sent session can still wait for analysis; an approved time may belong to a later payment cycle. Solving each step requires different information.
Note the message exactly as displayed, without sharing sensitive data publicly. Record the full phone model, app version, date and session ID when available. This helps support more than simply saying the app does not work.
Unsupported camera or incompatible apparatus
Check whether the model and variant are accepted for the campaign and the required permissions are enabled. Check the app store for updates. Installation compatibility is not the same as recording compatibility.
If the message persists, ask support for guidance before purchasing accessories or recording through another application. Do not attempt to falsify the mobile model or change files to bypass validation. A recording made out of the requested stream may not serve the task.
The upload stopped or the video was pending
Check the connection, the status displayed and the available space. Keep the outstanding material preserved. If the application itself offers restart, follow the presented stream; do not create successive copies and forwards without guidance.
Before clearing data, uninstalling or switching devices, confirm with the service what is saved on the server and what remains only locally. An update may fix an error, but does not mean that an unsent file is protected from loss.
All uploaded, but the hours don't show up at KGeN
Check e-mail, organization and campaign. Compare the session identifier, date and state of analysis in both history. The completed upload indicator confirms a technical step, not the remuneration. There can still be processing and evaluation of the material.
If the discrepancy remains after the campaign’s stated timeframe, ask support to check the link and status. This guide does not confirm a universal synchronization deadline. Keep support responses together for the same case and avoid contradictory requests.
Video rejected, strike or blocked account
Look for the reason associated with the session and check the activity instructions. A frame rejection requires a different correction from an account divergence. To request revision, describe objectively what was recorded and what decision you want to understand.
Do not delete records or create another account to bypass locks. Request the allowed procedure and the situation of any approved hours. This guide cannot reverse decisions; the goal is to help you gather information and forward the doubt to the correct person.

Before you start
What should you record before asking for upload help?
Write down the date, task name, session ID and exact error message. Check your connection and free storage, and whether the app shows the upload as complete or pending. Avoid deleting sessions or reinstalling without guidance when files remain unsubmitted. A completed upload does not yet mean approval or an available balance.
